Strong interpersonal skills, people skills or what some may call soft skills are all self leadership skills. If you cannot lead yourself out of bad times, then how can you lead others. Having skills such as effective communication, excellent decision making and ongoing resiliency are just a few of the self leadership skills necessary for the good as well as the bad times.
